How it works

Hover over any video and the SnipLoop pill appears just above the timeline. That's the whole setup.
Tap when it starts
Watch normally. When the good part begins, tap Start loop here. A red band starts growing on the timeline.
Tap when it ends
When the moment's over, tap End loop here. The band turns gold and the video jumps back to the start.
Watch it on repeat
It replays hands-free until you tap Stop loop. Then the video just keeps going from there.

Does SnipLoop download or copy videos?
No. Looping just tells the video player you're already watching to jump back. On sites that allow it you can save a clip of your own loop, but never on YouTube, and never on copy-protected services like Netflix.
What does SnipLoop know about what I watch?
Nothing leaves your browser. SnipLoop doesn't track your viewing and has no account for the free version. Your favorites are stored in your own browser. If you buy Pro, the payment is handled by Stripe and only your email and purchase are recorded. Read the privacy policy.
Does it work in private or incognito windows?
Yes, once you allow it. Browsers keep every extension off in private windows until you say otherwise: go to your extensions page, open SnipLoop's details and turn on "Allow in InPrivate" (Edge) or "Allow in Incognito" (Chrome). It's a one-time switch.
How do private loops stay private?
Loops you save in a private window go into a vault encrypted with a password only you know. They only appear when you open SnipLoop from a private window, and the vault locks again when you close your last private window. Nobody can recover that password, including us, so keep it somewhere safe.
What happens when my free trial ends?
SnipLoop goes back to the free version: loops up to 30 seconds and 5 favorites. Nothing is deleted. Favorites past five stay in your list, and your private loops stay encrypted until you upgrade.
Is Pro really a one-time payment?
Yes. $7.99 once. You keep every Pro feature released up to a year after you buy, permanently. If we ship new Pro features after that, you can choose to buy again to get them. Fixes and compatibility updates never cost anything.
Can I find the controls if I hide them?
Minimizing leaves a small SnipLoop icon on the video. Click it to bring the controls back. You can also pin SnipLoop to your browser's toolbar from the puzzle-piece menu so it's always one click away.
