SnipLoop

Effective October 20, 2026

Privacy Policy

The short version: SnipLoop does not track what you watch, does not collect your browsing history, and does not sell anything about you. Your loops stay in your own browser. The only information that leaves your computer is what's needed to start a free trial or buy Pro.

What SnipLoop does on the pages you visit

To show its loop controls on any video, SnipLoop runs on the web pages you open. It looks for video players on the page and controls playback (jumping back to the start of your loop, changing speed). It does not read, record or send the contents of the pages you visit, and it keeps no history of the sites or videos you watch.

Information stored on your own computer

Removing SnipLoop from your browser deletes all of this.

Free trial and Pro purchases

Trials and payments are handled by ExtensionPay, with card payments processed by Stripe. When you start a trial or buy Pro, ExtensionPay receives your email address and records your trial or purchase. Stripe receives your payment details; SnipLoop and its developer never see your card number.

To know whether Pro features should be on, SnipLoop checks your status with ExtensionPay using a random identifier created when the extension is installed. That check contains no information about the pages or videos you watch.

What we don't do

SnipLoop's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Children

SnipLoop is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the extension's release notes.
